Our stay at The Cape was mostly enjoyable, highlighted by the breathtaking views and comfortable accommodations. However, we faced significant service challenges that affected our overall experience, especially with the several mix-ups regarding our room and maintenance issues. While the dining atmosphere was pleasant, the food did not match our expectations. Overall, we left with mixed feelings given the beautiful surroundings but frustrating service.
